3. I read what you sent me and it’s like you are my sister lol if you know what I mean. I DO SLEEP on one side my right and I did it for yearssssssss till just a few month ago it got so uncomfortable when I did so now I sleep on my left side, and on my back through the night so I hope this helps. I also have listened to what you told me about looking DOWN all the time to my I-Pad for yearssss now I propped it up with so I’m looking at it eye level and it feels better already. 4. I have starting walking correctly and it has been very helpful as I suffer with neuropathic pain in my left knee and it appears that I wasn’t extending my leg enough. After walking for a week now the pain has almost disappeared, it’s so simple so thank you very much.

The “scalens” muscles on the side of my neck are definitely part of the problem as you stated, and I have found that doing the pressure massage you recommended gives me almost immediate relief when I can feel the knot hardening! I have been doing back exercises, too, and stretching/loosening the short tight front muscles, all have dramatically improved my situation. I cannot say thank you enough!
