Do you know…
- Why your back muscles are complaining?
- What causes muscle knots in your back?
- How to relieve them naturally with steps you can take NOW?
- What trigger points are and how they cause knots?
Chris emailed me after he got a free report from me and said:
I have gotten rid of my knots. It’s first time I haven’t had back pain in awhile. I couldn’t have done it without your expertise! Thank you so much. ~ Chris
Imagine! He got enough information in that report to get rid of his knots. But I have to tell you: It’s because he took action.
He got the report, read the report and took action. That’s the best way to get better.
Sometimes you just need a little bit of help to get rid of knotted up muscles in your upper back.
You might not find that free report around here now but there are lots of articles right here that will help get you on the road to understanding WHY you have muscle knots and the steps you can take to get rid of them just like Chris did.
If you don’t feel like sifting through all of the articles, I’ve created an easy to use, simple system to get rid of your upper back muscles “knots” and pain. Just click this link for more info –> Knots In Your Back Gone!
I woke up with what I think is a muscle spasm and would like to get rid of it
Hi Kristina,
I sure do hope your spasm is gone by now. I apologize for my delay in responding. Please let me know if it’s still bothering you and exactly where you first felt the pain.
Take care,

I really need your help! I see it says upper back but I have the knots in my upper and lower back! 2012 I was hit by a tractor trailer and God bless me to not only live but walk away! But I’m beat up pretty bad as far as muscles in my back and other issues with my spine. Can this treatment help me? P.S. I know it says comment but please except this as a statement/questions. Thank you!
Hi Pamela, I’m sorry to hear about all of your back pain but I have to tell you this: Bodies can heal and they do it all the time. When you were hit, some of your muscles went into spasm. Sometimes muscles aren’t too good about letting the spasms relax; sometimes they need some help.
The natural back pain relief program I created shows the muscles on the back that are most likely to cause pain and dysfunction and it shows the areas that you (or someone else) can press on, or pinch, to help them relax. Some people prefer to have a skilled massage therapist help their muscles relax.
Sometimes it’s not just the muscles in the back that are causing pain or problems–the muscles in the front of the body that attach to the spine and hip bones can also cause back pain. Knowing the correct ways to stretch those muscles (or having a massage therapist release them) can help a lot, too.
I have a lot of faith that your back can feel better. There are self-help tools you can use to help the muscles relax, like a tennis ball (or similar ball.) I don’t know anything about your build or size or exactly where your back hurts. If you’d like to write back and give me some more details, I will try to give you some more long-distance thoughts to help you get rid of the knots in your back.
